Exagon Industries Ltd is a global holding company incorporated in England and Wales whose corporate purpose is to manage majority stakes in companies involved in a variety of fields: advanced electronics design and manufacturing for aerospace and defense, telecommunication engineering, nuclear engineering, quantum computing, robotics, AI/ML assisted industrial processes, and, finally, quantum physics research.
Exagon Industries Ltd is registered, located, and active in the United Kingdom with its management offices whilst operating with subsidiaries and controlled companies both in the United States and worldwide.
Who we are
The Corporation is the result of an adventure started in the mid-twentieth century by the enlightened genius of Aldo Tonna (1908-2005), an Italian pioneer of industrial and telecommunications electronics and a beacon of innovation in post-war Italy.
Aldo Tonna founded the F.I.M.E.R. (Fabbricazioni Industriali Elettriche Meccaniche e Radio) in Italy with the goal of producing high-quality industrial electronic devices as well as the first large-scale telecommunication systems. F.I.M.E.R. manufactured until the 1970s, when it officially relocated to West Germany.
